A. Typically a referral is needed. Please give us a call and we will assist you in confirming the details of your coverage.

Q. I am unable to find the physician referral I received. Do I need to bring it with me to get my health insurance to cover the services?
A. Keep your appointment, but please give us a call in advance and one of our Patient Relationship Coordinators will request a copy of your order for our records.

Q. Can I use my HSA or Flex Spending for payment?
A. Yes. Coverage is plan-dependent. We can provide you with a detailed receipt to submit to your insurance company.
